There are plenty of BBQ schools for you to visit, you can come to me for one of my Asado experience days OR, I am possibly the only person in the country that can come to you, cook on your grills and teach you new things to inspire your fire cooking.
We will cover everything you need to know to master wood fired cooking using two Somerset Grills.

Within reason I will come to you. If you are further away, I am happy to drive but would need some extra to cover the time and travel costs.

If we are relying on the weather then we can look to rebook should it be raining, usually we will know this roughly a week in advance (if the weather forecast is correct). If you have shelter to cook under then this won't be a problem.
Meat is purchased 24 hours before the day. Cancellations within this period will not be eligible for a full refund.

Our day with Alex was brilliant. Now that we have a better understanding of the different fuels and how to regulate the temperature for different styles of cooking, we feel inspired and more confident to cook on the coal/wood BBQ. Cooking “dirty” was a game changer - our gas BBQ has definitely been relegated to 2nd place now, we haven’t used it once!
